In 2014, ExxonMobil Qatar signed an agreement with Teach For Qatar, a local grassroots organization that’s working to be a part of the solution to Qatar’s education challenges.

The Social Development Center (SDC) has for years provided professional development training for both adolescents and adults, helping them to achieve successful careers. 


With the support of ExxonMobil Qatar, INJAZ Qatar is harnessing the mentorship of Qatari business leaders to help inspire entrepreneurialism and innovation among Qatari youth.

Al Fursan Center

ExxonMobil Qatar has partnered with Al Fursan Center since 2006, offering support to 10 of its main programs, including the National Program of Women Empowerment Outside Doha City and the Youth Empowerment Program for Remote Areas of Qatar. 


ExxonMobil Qatar’s Women’s Network, EMRA’A

ExxonMobil Qatar’s women’s interest network, EMRA’A, was founded in 2009 to provide women working within the company and its joint ventures with skills training, mentoring, career guidance and networking opportunities.
